W&M Board of Visitors to meet Nov. 18-20
The Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary will meet in Williamsburg on Nov. 18-20, 2015.
Committee meetings will begin at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015, in the Rector’s Office on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Road. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6:30 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner at 6:45 p.m. in The Commons Dining Hall, located at 651 Ukrop Way.
On Thursday, Nov. 19, the meetings will resume at 8:00 a.m. in Blow Hall. The Board will have lunch with students before resuming meetings at 2:00 p.m. The meetings should conclude by 5:45 p.m. The Board will attend a reception at 6 p.m. in the Wightman Cup Room at William & Mary Hall, located at 751 Ukrop Way, and then attend the William & Mary Men’s Basketball game against Washington Adventist at 7:00 p.m.
On Friday, Nov. 20, the meetings will begin at 8:45 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by Noon.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
