The members of the William & Mary Board of Visitors recently approved resolutions at their April 2014 meeting regarding faculty promotions, distinguished professorships, designated professorships, student professorships, leaves of absence, the appointment of professional faculty members, the appointment of instructional faculty members, the appointment of executive faculty members and the appointment of faculty to university professorships for teaching excellence. - Ed.
