Media wishing to cover the visit of the Dalai Lama to the College of William & Mary should submit a request for credentials to the William & Mary Office of University Relations NO LATER THAN Wed., Sept. 19. Send your request to Suzanne Seurattan, scseur@wm.edu.
Space is limited for this event, so either one or two credentials will be issued per organization depending on whether a photographer or cameraperson will accompany the reporter. It MAY be necessary to go to a pool arrangement for media coverage. Details on this will be available the week of the event.
ONE parking space will be allocated for each off-campus media organization with credentials to the event. Due to the expected attendance, parking for this event may be off-site with shuttle service to the venue. Those attending will be contacted with specific details closer to the event.
