Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg April 25-27
The Board of Visitors at the College of William and Mary will hold its regular meeting in Williamsburg April 25-27, 2012.
The session will begin with committee meetings at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 25 on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Road. The meetings will conclude by approximately 6 p.m. The Board will attend a dinner Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m.at Plumeri House, 119 Chandler Court.
On Thursday, April 26, committee meetings will begin at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall. The Board will suspend meetings briefly at 11:20 a.m. to attend the groundbreaking of the new fraternity village, which will be located across from William & Mary Hall, located at 751 Ukrop Way. The Board will then attend a lunch with students in Blow Hall room 201 before resuming meetings at 1:30 p.m. The committee meetings are scheduled to conclude by 5 p.m. That evening, the Board will attend a faculty reception and dinner, starting at 5:30 p.m., in the Courtyard at the Sir Christopher Wren Building on campus.
On Friday, April 27, the meetings will reconvene at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by noon.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
