Board of Visitors to hold retreat July 20-21
The Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary will hold a retreat in Gloucester and Williamsburg on July 20-21, 2012. The purpose of the meeting is to serve as a planning retreat for members of the Board.
On Friday, July 20, the Board will have lunch from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. in the Library of Watermen’s Hall at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science located at 1208 Greate Road, Gloucester Point, Virginia. The Board will then meet from 1:15 to 5:30 p.m. in the Dominion Classroom of Andrews Hall at VIMS. The Board will attend a dinner at 7:00 p.m. at Colonial Williamsburg in Providence Hall located at 136 E. Francis Street, Williamsburg, Virginia.
On Saturday, July 21, the Board will meet from 9:15 to 11:30 a.m. in the Board Room in Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Road, Williamsburg, Virginia.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The retreat is open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
