College of William and Mary Board of Visitors to meet Sept. 24 - 26
(Williamsburg, VA) – The William and Mary Board of Visitors will meet on Sept. 24-26, 2008, in Williamsburg, Va., in Blow Memorial Hall located at 262 Richmond Road.
The Board will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008, with dinner at 6:30 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Court.
Committee meetings will convene at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008, in the Board Room in Blow Memorial Hall and are expected to conclude by 4:15 p.m. The Board will attend a celebration of the new School of Education facility from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at the construction site on Mount Vernon Avenue. The Board will then host a reception and dinner at 6:45 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Sir Christopher Wren Building on campus.
On Friday, Sept. 26, the meetings will reconvene at 8:30 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by 1 p.m.
The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
