Resources for Students
Participation in theatre and dance classes and productions is open to all students. As a performer, designer, member of a shop or running crew -- students from every major on campus are involved with productions alongside students who are majoring and minoring in Theatre or Dance.
Freshmen and transfer students are welcome to work on all productions. For more information, contact Interim Technical Director David Garrett at [[degarrett]] or fill out the form below:

Become a member of our audience: No show is complete until we share it with an audience! Audience and performers make a real-time, in-person, and unique connection during each performance. W&M students receive FREE admission to our mainstage productions. For more information, contact the Box Office, [[boxoffice]].

Orientation Events
Learn more about how you can participate in theatre and dance events:
- Theatre and Dance Open House
The department hosts an open house for new students during which we provide an overview of the Theatre and Dance programs, answer questions, and gives a tour of our facilities.
- Dance Placement Evaluation
Each fall the Dance Program evaluates new students for placement at the appropriate level of instruction during Orientation Week. The evaluation is not held the second semester, so if you believe you may want to study dance sometime during the upcoming school year, it is important to take the Placement Evaluation during Fall Orientation.

Student Organizations and Activities Fair
