Current Noyce Scholars attend the annual math and science state conferences in Virginia with Noyce Program faculty and often participate in presentations and poster sessions. The Program provides funding for current scholars for the conference registration and hotel. We encourage alumni to continue to attend in subsequent years to network with the new cohort!

Mentoring, Support, and Teaching Incentive for 1st and 2nd Year Alumni Scholars
We understand that new teachers need extra professional support and mentoring. We can help with that. Our Noyce mentor/recruiter coordinates and conducts monthly group mentoring sessions via Zoom with our Noyce Scholar alumni teachers teaching their first or second year in a high-need school.
Alumni Mentoring Program
Our alumni scholars who have taught in a high-need school for two or more years will have the opportunity to participate in professional development in the areas of leadership and mentoring. Alumni Mentors will participate in required readings on mentoring, one-on-one mentoring with a scholar in their first or second year of teaching in a high-need school, and monthly, online group meetings.
Additional Scholarship Opportunities
These additional external scholarship opportunities are for either current Noyce Scholars or alumni of a Noyce Program. Additionally, they have similar missions of social justice and equity in STEM disciplines.
