Kennedy Wins Dissertation Awards for Research on Gun Policy and Federalism

The Public Policy Program is proud to announce that Alan Kennedy, Lecturer of Public Policy, has won two awards from the University of Colorado Denver for his dissertation, which he completed last year. His project, entitled “Guns Without Borders: State Gun Laws and Jurisdictional Externalities,” earned Kennedy the 2022 Graduate School Outstanding Dissertation Award. He also won the School of Public Affairs Best Dissertation Award for his work.
