Background
Aaron Griffith received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Irvine, in 2013, where he wrote his dissertation on truth-making. Before coming to William & Mary, he was Lecturer in Philosophy at Central Michigan University.
Research Interests
Professor Griffith's research is primarily in metaphysics (truth, truthmaking, grounding, time, freedom) and Kant's Critique of Pure Reason. He also has interests in social ontology, feminism, philosophy of race, phenomenology, and philosophy of religion.
