Scholars are way more skeptical of war than the American public. Here’s why.

A new study - from the researches at William and Mary and The University of Wisconsin confirmed that american public is much more hawkish on war issue than are the country's international relations experts. The researchers asked an identical set of questions about war to a random sample of Americans and academics who study international relations. An analysis of the data by two scholars found that in almost all situations, the public is more likely to support warsthan the experts are. For more about this research please click here.
