Applied Science moves to a new home in Spring 2016
The Department of Applied Science moves to the 113,000 square-foot, third phase of the Integrated Science Center (ISC3) in May 2016. This "Machine for Science" features four stories of new laboratories dedicated to high-performance computing, data visualization, materials science, and neuroscience. ISC3 will be the dedicated home for all Applied Science faculty, staff, and graduate students. In addition to faculty offices and laboratories, ISC3 offers resources to promote collaboration and optimizes shared access to valuable scientific instruments.
In addition, ISC3 features a 300-seat lecture hall, dedicated conference rooms, a coffee shop, and numerous informal breakout spaces for ad-hoc access in collaborative workgroups.
