Graduate Student wins 2016 Martin Luther King, Jr. Award
American Studies Ph.D. student Shana Haines was recently awarded Tidewater Community College's 2016 Martin Luther King, Jr. College Distinguished Service Award. Haines is an Assistant English Professor at the community college and an advocate for issues of social justice.
