Finalists and a winner in the Arts & Sciences 2012 Student Art Contest have been announced by the Dean's Office.
The contest was open to all students currently enrolled at William and Mary. Entries were judged by a small committee consisting of a professor in the Art and Art History Department, a curator from the Muscarelle Museum, staff in the Dean's Office, and the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
The winning entry is a scratchboard by Molly Adair '14, featuring the Crim Dell Bridge. Molly will receive a $200 prize.
The judging committee also designated two art works as finalists in the contest.
