Bio
Thomas J. Gillan received his PhD from William & Mary in 2019. His dissertation, entitled "Much Study Is a Weariness to the Flesh: Scholars and the Pursuit of Health in Early New England," explored the embodied lives of ministers, students, and scholars in early new England.He received his B.A. in History from the University of Central Florida in 2008 and his M.A. in History from the William & Mary in 2011.
