The Environment & Sustainability major has proven to be a most versatile and useful course of study. In 2021, we surveyed our ENSP major and minor graduates about their career paths and received 83 responses. Respondents graduated between 2002 and 2020.
Of those respondents, roughly 66% went on to some sort of graduate school after W&M. Our alumni can be found in many different career paths: in government or other non-profits; in consulting or other private businesses; teaching K-12 or in a university.
