Denys Poshyvanyk to receive ICPC '17 Most Influential Paper award
Denys Poshyvank's paper "Combining Formal Concept Analysis with Information Retrieval for Concept Location in Source Code" will receive the Most Influential Paper award at the 2017 International Conference on Program Comprehension (ICPC), to be held in Buenos Aires, May 22-23, 2017.
The Most Influential Paper award is decided by looking back at the ICPC papers from 10 years ago to see which one has had the greatest impact in the intervening time. Denys' paper, co-authored with Andrian Marcus, introduced an approach to help programmers perform searches of computer programs in a manner similar to web searches, and received a best paper award at ICPC 2007.
