Faculty Research
Our faculty members are actively engaged in researching many aspects of the ancient Greek and Roman world. We have experts on archaeology, art history, cultural and social history, religion, ancient science, and Greek and Roman literature.
We take pride in our cutting-edge research, which fosters an intellectually rich atmosphere that, in turn, informs our teaching and inspires our students. We all maintain an active research profile by publishing books with prestigious academic presses and articles in professional journals. We are regularly invited to give lectures and participate in national and international conferences, and to serve on national professional committees and societies.
