W&M Anthropology at the Theoretical Archaeological Group Annual Meeting and Virtual Conference, 2021
The Theoretical Archaeological Guild 2021 Virtual Conference will focus on issues of social and racial justice in the field of archaeology.
Current students Rebekah Planto and Chardé Reid, and faculty member Dr. Michelle Lelièvre will be participating in the conference.
Chardé will be co-chairing the ‘Creativity And Praxis: Interdisciplinary Approaches to Place, Memory, and Heritage’ session on Saturday, May 1 at 3:45 pm PST.
Rebekah will be presenting in the ‘Powerscapes: Investigating The Spatial Experiences Of Power Imbalances, Marginalization, And Inequalities’ open session on Sunday, May 2 at 11 am PST.
Dr. Lelièvre will be presenting in the ‘Politics Of Abandonment And Its Remainders’ open session on Sunday, May 2 at 11 am PST.
