Communication with Faculty & Staff
In alignment with the Dean's office principles of communication and responsiveness, we seek to provide regular, timely, and transparent communication to keep all members of the Arts & Sciences community in the loop and aware of important updates in A&S and across the university.
The two primary means of communication from the Dean's office are:
- Weekly messages each Friday from Dean Raitt during the semester
- New for fall 2024: Inside A&S monthly email newsletter
Additionally, A&S vice deans send a twice-monthly message to chairs and program directors with important administrative information and upcoming deadlines.
At the end of each academic year, A&S faculty and staff receive the A&S Year in Review summarizing the year and celebrating achievements of the A&S community.
