Gabriel Raynor

Who Am I?

I was born and raised on the beautiful Crystal Coast of North Carolina. I grew up enjoying beautiful beaches, breathtaking sunsets, and amazing seafood! I left the coast to obtain my bachelor's degree at North Carolina Central University. I have a deep love and appreciation for music. In addition, I have been playing the saxophone since I was 11 years old. Since moving to Virginia, I have thoroughly enjoyed the strong culture of music and fine arts!

There is a particularly rich history and strength that William & Mary brings to the world of higher education. The attention to the leadership development of the students and the distinct attention to diversity makes William & Mary a wonderful place to continue my growth in the field. This is a special place with incredible faculty, staff, and students.

Why Admission?

I have a passion for helping people and more specifically helping people to reach for goals in life. Working in admission gives me the great opportunity to do just that. It also allows me to meet so many future leaders and innovators as they take the next step in their journey towards success.

• I love going to the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
• I love to learn new things about the world of photography.
• My favorite professional sports teams are the Los Angeles Lakers and Washington Commanders.
