Officiants

It is your responsibility to arrange for the person who will perform your ceremony. Many ceremonies at the Chapel are performed by a minister, priest, or rabbi from the hometown or family of the bride or groom. Some couples engage an officiant from the Williamsburg house of worship they attended as students.

If your officiant has not previously performed a wedding ceremony in the Wren Chapel, please encourage him or her to [[weddings]] in advance of your wedding to discuss facilities, logistics, and other practical matters. It is strongly recommended that your officiant attend the rehearsal.
