We received 136 responses to the program question (34% response rate):
- Meditation/Mindfulness: 61.8% of responding users
- Fitness classes: 61.0% of responding users
- Yoga: 60.3% of responding users
- Health Promotion e.g. sleep, health coach: 34.6% of responding users
- Nutrition: 29.4% of responding users
- Art Therapy: 27.9% of responding users
- None: 1.5% of responding users
We received 152 responses to the time question, yielding 276 data points (38% response rate):
