We received 136 responses to the program question (34% response rate):

  • Meditation/Mindfulness: 61.8% of responding users
  • Fitness classes: 61.0% of responding users
  • Yoga: 60.3% of responding users
  • Health Promotion e.g. sleep, health coach: 34.6% of responding users
  • Nutrition: 29.4% of responding users
  • Art Therapy: 27.9% of responding users
  • None: 1.5% of responding users

We received 152 responses to the time question, yielding 276 data points (38% response rate):

  • After 5pm: 33.0% of time slots selected
  • 7-9am: 21.4% of time slots selected
  • 12-1pm: 17.4% of time slots selected
