Dear William & Mary Community,
We launched our graduates in the Class of 2022 last month with due pomp and circumstance — concluding William & Mary’s 329th year and inaugurating our 330th. Special thanks to those who made that celebration joyful. And broad thanks to all for the grit and dedication that have defined this university during these past two years of pandemic.
Our 2021-22 Year-in-Review video captures what has become W&M’s new normal: adapting to advance what we value most about this extraordinary community of learning. Our collective ability to transform with creativity and purpose will be key to success over the next four years, as we look to the commitments outlined in Vision 2026.
As you reflect on the year past, please consider sending a note of appreciation to a colleague or friend for your efforts together. The most welcome thanks are those that arise from shared work well done.
With gratitude,
Katherine A. Rowe
President
