Jennifer Tepper Mackesy '91
Jennifer Tepper Mackesy received her BBA in Marketing with a Minor in Fine Arts from William & Mary. She was a member of the Women's Varsity Soccer Team, a top ranked NCAA Division I Program, and was a member of Chi Omega Sorority.
Jennifer spent ten years in the retail and fashion industry, as a Vice President at Lord & Taylor Department Stores. Mrs. Mackesy left her career to raise her two boys, and dedicated herself for the next twenty years to philanthropic work. Her board service includes the William & Mary Foundation Board, where she chaired the Athletics Sub-committee; William & Mary's newly formed Global Research Institute's Advisory Board; Vice President of Graham Windham, the oldest foster care and child welfare agency in the country; Institutional Advancement Chair for US Squash, the sports governing body; as well as many other local boards in her community. Jennifer was also a member of the Athletics Director search committee, and she and her husband, Scott ('91), co-chaired the "All In" campaign for athletics at William & Mary.
After twenty years of non-profit work, Jennifer has re-engaged with Women's Soccer by becoming a minority operating owner for Gotham Football Club. In addition to Gotham, she and her husband are also part of the Chelsea Football Club ownership group.
