BOV Listening Session - September 23, 2020

Given the extraordinary impact of the pandemic on most aspects of university life, members of the Board conducted a listening session at the Alumni House on September 23 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. This was an opportunity for members to receive feedback on any issues the public wanted to raise. There was a two minute limit for participants to address the Board so that as many who wanted to speak were able to do so. Live audio streaming was available during the session.

Safety Guidelines for Attendees

Strict safety guidelines were followed at this session so space was limited. Anyone who attended in person was required to wear a face mask the entire time they were inside the building and while on campus. Attendees were also required to complete a health screening including a temperature check. Anyone experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or who had been asked by state or local health officials to self-quarantine were advised not to come to campus. Physically distanced seating was available in the meeting room and was limited.
