Biennial Drug and Alcohol Use and Prevention The Department of Education’s regulations require that universities must conduct a review of their drug and alcohol prevention programs, and their
effectiveness, every other year.
Annual Campus Security & Fire Safety Report This report is required by the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, commonly known as the Clery Act.  The report contains policy statements for prevention, detection and response to crimes and three years of crime statistics for the school. Fire prevention and response policies and practices, along with three years of fire statistics for residence halls is included in the report.
Equity in Athletics The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act is designed to make prospective students aware of a school's commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for its men and women students.
Graduation and Retention Information To evaluate success with respect to student achievement consistent with our mission, the university employs multiple measures, including retention and graduation rates, and passage rates on state licensing examinations.
NCAA Graduation Success Rate Data by Sport All colleges and university are required by NCAA legislation and federal law (the Students Right-to-Know Act from 1990) to report student graduation rates, and those schools offering athletics aid are required to report for their student-athletes as well.
