Care Team

Mission Statement

Care Team reviews and assesses students’ concerns that have impact in multiple domains of a student’s life. Care Team's mission is to identify students whose level of risk/concern requires cross-departmental analysis and review. To keep one another aware of current interventions and developments pertaining to such students. To escalate student concerns when the team determines the risk profile warrants doing so.
