Short-term Study Abroad Programs
For many years, the Global Education Office has been supporting faculty from all schools in order to offer a broad range of short-term study abroad programs for undergraduate and graduate students.
Short-Term Study Abroad Programs: Request for Proposals
In support of the university’s goals of comprehensive internationalization and increasing study abroad participation, the Global Education Office (GEO) at the Reves Center for International Studies is accepting proposals for short-term study abroad programs for winter break 2025-26 and Summer 2026 as well as embedded semester courses with short-term international experiences during the 2025-26 academic year. The deadline for proposals for 2025-26, including summer 2026, is January 27, 2025.
The call for Short-Term Study Abroad Programs is designed to encourage proposals for study abroad programs ranging from 10 days - 9 weeks which enhance and complement existing study abroad programs. Program proposals for long-standing, regularly repeatable programs should continue to follow normal policies of respective schools. Selected proposals will receive significant need-based scholarship funding to help make these experiences financially accessible to students. Details can be found in the online application.
