Registration Information
Registration for the 2024 Active Citizens Conference is closed. Space is limited to 100 participants. The registration fee includes lunch.
2024 Registration Fees
- $20 for four-year institution students
- $10 for community-college students
- $25 for faculty, staff, and community partners
- Free for the first 15 W&M students who register
Payment
Registration is now accepted by credit card at The Office of Community Engagement TouchNet Store. Select Active Citizens Conference and enter the quantity of the registrants for each type. You will be prompted to enter the name, email, and dietary needs of each registrant.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
No cancellation refunds will be honored after February 5, 2024 at 5pm. Attendee substitutions can be made by February 16 by emailing [[gmstemann, Genevieve Stemann]].
In the unlikely event that this program is canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will not refund registration fees and cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
