Skylar Hartgerink '27 is from Suffolk, VA, and is deeply interested in the intersections between history, the environment, and business. Her passion grew from a childhood spent exploring the outdoors and an avid love of reading that sparked her curiosity.
At William & Mary, she writes for The Flat Hat and serves as a volunteer team leader at Williamsburg Community Growers. Skylar aspires to become an environmental lawyer, working to preserve nature for future generations.
