This is the third finding of responsibility involving hazing, and eighth finding of responsibility involving alcohol, since 2013.

|
The group’s new member process contained elements of subjugation including not inviting new members to events and minimal interaction with current members. On the final night of the process, new members were expected to stay up all night, creating and practicing their drills, and to present their drills to the current members afterward. The new members then were expected to learn the color guards which included marching and flag/rifle drills; this activity lasted between 1-2 hours.
None of the activities above were known by the organization’s national office, nor were they part of the organization’s official member education process.
