Full Description
Faculty, staff, and students are reminded that all motor vehicles, including motorcycles and motorbikes, parked on William & Mary property must be registered with Parking Services and display an appropriate decal or temporary pass. We also have short term and pay-as-you-go options available if a decal does not fit your need to park on campus. These options include daily scratcher passes, evening scratcher passes, and designated lots managed using the Passport Pay-by-phone app.
Parking decals must be purchased online through the T2 portal have a copy of the DMV registration and proof of insurance ready with you to ensure accuracy of the information provided.
Online Sales - Annual Parking DecalsThe online parking portal is available for Faculty & Staff, and students to purchase decals at any time. If you need to make changes to your account the portal always open for changes to personal, vehicle information, to appeal a citation, or to pay a citation. |
Daily and Hourly Parking OptionsIf you are on campus at least two (2) days per week a decal is this most cost effective option. If on campus for shorter terms, or if you simply want the ability to manage your parking on an as needed basis then we have the following options available. Daily Passes - Daily passes are sold in bundles of 5,10, or 20. Full day passes are $6 each, evening only passes valid after 4:00 pm are $3 each. Passes can be purchased in person at Parking Services or ordered online in advance at: Parking Passes Request form. Passes ordered online will be available for pick up after 12:00 pm the next business day. Pay as you go - Hourly parking is available for use in the Kaplan Arena Upper & Lower lots, the Grad Complex Overflow lot, at the School of Ed lot 6 as we'll as the Dillard Complex. These areas are managed using the Passport Pay-by-phone app. To establish a session, download the app, or go to ppprk.com, take note of the zone you parked in and follow the prompts, pay for the time you plan to be in the lot, and you're done. With the app, users can monitor parking sessions, extend time remotely, view payment history, receive email receipts. You only pay for the time you are parked, no more, no less. Due to online credit card processing fees the minimum session time starts at 2 hours of parking and the hourly rate is $2.50/hr. For those parking in outlying areas, the Williamsburg Area Transport Authority (WATA) contracted campus line is available for use M-F 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Route 8 - William & Mary (former Green Line) may be used at no cost, simply show your W&M ID to board. Click here to view the time table and map. |
