Liam McLinda '25 is from Norfolk, Virginia. He enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and learning about new places and cultures. He first became interested in a career in conservation through his love of the outdoors and study of international systems.
Liam is a member of the Citizens’ Climate Lobby and the IIC’s Student Leadership Council. Through the IIC Conservation Reserch Program, he aims to further develop his skills for a future career in conservation, and to make a contribution to the conservation community.
After graduating, he hopes to pursue a career where he can help foster a deeper connection between people and nature.
