At William & Mary, the scope of our Facilities Management is as vast and historic as the campus we serve. With 1,158 acres of grounds and 224 buildings, including three National Historic Landmarks, our team of over 300 dedicated professionals ensures the seamless operation and upkeep of the university’s infrastructure. In Fall 2023 alone, our team completed more than 3,900 service requests, all in support of the students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors who make up the vibrant William & Mary community. We are committed to excellence in maintaining, operating, and improving our campus.
