Tuition & Fees

2024-2025 Annual Costs

William & Mary is committed to affording all admitted students the opportunity to thrive in and out of the classroom. This commitment to financial assistance can help make attending our preeminent university possible.

Affording Opportunity

Through a combination of scholarships, grants, loans, work-study and other sources, generous financial assistance is available. In 2023-24, 80% of first-year in-state students and 65% of out-of-state students received some type of aid. All in-state, Pell-eligible students automatically receive scholarship assistance to cover at least tuition and fees.
